DELIVERY OPTIONS

There are 2 ways to get your order to you when you buy online, either via post or pick up from store.

Processing time:

Orders placed before 12pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. However, this may change during busy periods, or during special promotions. If your order is placed after 12pm it will be dispatched the next working day.

    Royal Mail Special Delivery (*Guaranteed Mon - Fri) - £9.00

    • Next day delivery - order must be received by 12pm to send with this service
    • Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery before 1pm service

    Free Postage (on orders over £75)

    We will ship your goods to you using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and this will arrive within the normal time frame of 2-3 days. Please note this could be longer at Christmas time.

    Pick up from store:

    If you live near the store you can buy online and pick up at your convenience. Our click & collect time service is available during our store opening times: Tuesday 10-3, Wednesday - Saturday 10-5

     

    RETURNS

    My item isn’t suitable, what do I do next?

    Sale items are exchange only. The following rules apply to all other items (except earrings):

    In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Payments) Regulations 2013 you are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days from the date after you received your order.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it within 28 days. It must also be in the original packaging with tags.

    BUYING ONLINE

    Change of heart

    If the item you have ordered isn't right you have 28 days to return to us (except earrings which are non-returnable) at the below address. All items must be returned with the original tags and where the tags aren't attached unfortunately a refund won't be given. To return the item, please send with the order/returns card enclosed with your order. Please explain the reason for return on the reverse of the card. Items returned without this information will not be processed. When we receive your items back they will be inspected and where the item complies with the above, a full refund will be given within 14 days and you will be notified by email.

    Faulty Items

    If the item you have ordered online is faulty, please send back to the above address with your order card and reason for return. Once the item is received back, we will inspect it and a replacement or a full refund will be given.

    Exchanges

    Exchanges are only accepted in store. You would be required to return your item to store in person and then an exchange can be processed, if desired.

    BUYING IN STORE

    Change of Heart

    If you get home and have a change of heart, you are more than welcome to bring the item back within 14 days (except earrings, which are non returnable) and we will offer you a refund, exchange or a credit note.

    Faulty Items

    If you find a fault with the item you have bought, please bring the item back to store within 28 days, where we will inspect the item and offer a full refund or a replacement.
